We use multiple locating services to find and serve hard to find defendants. Once the judgment is obtained, we quickly suspend driver’s licenses in auto cases as well as locate bank accounts or other assets upon which we can execute. We maintain escrow accounts to handle all payments that come into our office and also have the ability to accept credit or debit cards from defendants making it easier and more effective to collect on these cases.
